How it works

Using your hands to build activates additional areas of the brain that are not usually involved with speaking or listening. This depth of involvement creates a more focused response and outcome. Participants are invested in the activity and want to see it succeed.

This is kinaesthetic learning at its best. Not only is it a great experience for the participant, but also a more valuable outcome for the business.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

A unique facilitation technique for your business

This unique facilitation technique is suitable for groups of two to fifteen delegates. All equipment is provided although you can buy your own resources if required. Depending on the theme, full workshops run from half a day to three days although most workshops are up to one day.

Through a series of carefully crafted activities allowing every participant to contribute, you and your team create a shared understanding and solution. Each workshop is bespoke, tailored to address the specific requirements of the group – typical topics range from new team building and current practice reviews to developing new processes and addressing challenges.

Workshops are active, engaging and fun. Some wouldn’t even call it work!

Lego® Serious Play® embodies meetings with a purpose – you’ll be surprised what you learn about yourself, your team, and your business.
